Not a good idea! You can bet that the artwork was commercially created for the advertising and is, itself, copyrighted. If you're going to use it commercially it could bring up all sorts of difficulties, not only with the original producer of the artwork but with Amazon as well. Now... if you take a picture of the CD in its box and the box just happens to have the artwork on it......
