Well 2 start off.... renting from iTunes can only be done w/ movies I think.... and when u rent the movie u have 24 hours after u push play..... I have never rented but I read it on a very relible sourse :)

According to Apple (at 800-My-Apple) The only way to contact itunes customer service for the store is via the web. www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/browser The site has some prompts to narrow the issue (not much of a selection) and promises a response within 24 hours.
