well, u need ur carbs, if u really wanna lose weight make a max of 900 cals a day, im 5'4 120lbs , i did the greentea diet, and lost weight the first day,k i just kinda coulndt maintain it , lol , anyways, email me @ --- lindapop82@Yahoo.com
