people get made fun of because their fat but to lose weight you need to stick to your diet try working out by going to the gym or doing a sport i.e (boxing , football , Basketball , kixudo ect. )

# Track progress every week and make adjustments to diet, workouts etc based on progress. For eg.. u lost 2 lbs in first week and only 1 lbs in second week, then increasing a little cardio would be a great idea.
# 2-2.5 lbs weight lossper week is the maximum that you should try to lose. Don't try to lose more than that as you may take your health to a toss.
