I don't know, to be honest I find the age of 13 a bit young to already be stressing about weight. I don't know if you are a guy or a girl, im a guy btw, but when I hit puberty, round the ages 11-13 i gained a lot of weight, i don't really know why, I think it was simply caused by puberty. At a certain point I weighed 95 kilos when I was 14, and 95 kilos is a lot, even more so for someone that age. However, by the time of my 17th birthday I weighed only 60 kg, the weight just went away. I was concerned about my weight at the time, so I engaged in regular moderate exercise to try and get in shape, nothing big or special just jogging 30 minutes on a treadmill 4 times a week, and I also watched what I ate. My diet didnt change at all, it was quite healthy, I just ate slightly smaller portions through the day. I made it a part of my life to do the exercise and eat better and at a certain point I didnt even need to think about it, and after a while I weighed 60 kg. Correct me if Im wrong, you might be just a bit obsessive about your weight, which I can understand, I was too at the time, however just remember that you are still growing up, and even though you've probably heard it a million times before, puberty is a really important step in your body's development, with a million and one things happening to it. I feel you shouldn't really think about your weight in pounds or kilos, but if you really are concerned, check what your BMI (Body Mass Index) is here: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

If you really have problems with your weight and how you feel about it, the best thing I can advise is for you to see your doctor. Im sure your doctor would be willing to help you, that's what they are there for. Also, talk to your parents about it as well, tell them how you feel, and Im sure they will be there to support you as well. Good Luck!

Peace
