There is quite a low chance of getting pregnant from pre-cum but this guy has as much chance of getting a girl pregnant as anyone else. When it comes to guys, either the sperm flow is "on" or it's "off". If he is fertile, and you're fertile, he can get you pregnant. As for the precum, if even putting the penis inside you stands a small risk of getting you pregnant because precum does often have sperm in it. Not nearly as much as an ejaculate, but some people have gotten pregnant by accident even having the stuff 'rubbed' on the vaginal entrance. For that reason the 'pull out' method is unreliable. But also men can start ejaculating spurts at least 15 seconds before the climax and not know it... or they can try to "hold" it and they spurt anyway without knowing too. Generally precum isn't that dangerous. I've heard that having sex on your period, specifically near the end of the period is safe, but it's actually more likely to result in a pregnancy than the precum is. And well, the more exposure you have to the precum or having sex on your period, the greater the chance. Better just to use a condom, or go with Birth Control of some kind if you want skin on skin.
