you have to build a strong bond with the horse. then get it to walk round a ATV or truck. when it stops take it back to the stable and spend some more time with it. if you do this it will walk round the ATV or truck quite happily. once you have done this with the ATV or truck turned off turn it on and then do the same thing after that you can then try walking past a moving ATV or truck!
