No. Monsters are only ever flipped if they are Flip Summoned, attacked while face-down, or when a card effect specifically says they are flipped. Monsters are never considered flipped if destroyed, or tributed while face-down.

El Shaddoll Fusion doesn't affect how Torrential Tribute resolves. Imagine you summon a monster, and the opponent responds with Torrential Tribute. You chain El Shaddoll Fusion. When that resolves, it lets you perform a Fusion Summon as written. But Torrential Tribute was still correctly activated, and when it resolves it will destroy all monsters on the field - it doesn't matter that the monsters have changed and are different from the ones present when it was activated.

Dark Horus has a Trigger effect that can be activated after an opponent's spell card resolves. However if that spell card's resolution destroys Dark Horus, or flips him face down or removes him from the field, then he is unable to trigger his effect. So Dark Hole will simply destroy him, and he won't do anything.

Just because Call of the Haunted was selected, does not in any way stop it from being chained. Greenkappa is unable to destroy a target that has flipped before Greenkappa's effect can resolve, but will still destroy the other one if that remains face down.
