That depends on the circumstances of the removal of the other child(ren). If there is a significant history, than yes. Often, the pregnancy itself is a violation of court orders to not get pregnant again.

Can an unmarried mother in Minnesota refuse to allow the real father of her baby to establish paternity so that her current boyfriend can adopt the baby?

No. If the biological father wants to assert parental rights he may file a petition with the court to order a paternity test taken. If presented with such an order the mother must comply or be held in contempt of court. A biological parent cannot be forced to relinquish parental rights it must be done voluntarily or said rights terminated by the court for reasons of abuse and/or neglect.

Do you have to have parental consent in Georgia if you have a child and you are 16?

Parental consent to do what? Having a child does not emancipate you--you are still a minor and therefore under the control of your parents. However, you (not your parents) do have parental rights over your own child.

When a child is born to a minor child age sixteen does that child have legal custody of the newborn baby?

I girl got pregnant and the guy did not want her to get pregnant she lied about taking her birth control pills what can you do abut it?

There is nothing you can do. Each person is responsible for protecting him/herself so trusting someone is not recommended. Now that she is pregnant the choice is hers and it sounds as if you are going to be a father. It's your choice whether to have contact or not but you will be paying child support, that is the law. Since you are not married I suggest you have a DNA test after the baby is born to make sure you are the father and then you can also prove paternity in court and get your parental rights and can petition for custody (shared), visitation and pay child support. Until you do that she is the one calling the shots and decide when you can see the baby.

Can a mother take a child out of the country without the fathers consent?

To obtain a passport or visa for a minor the attending parent must provide proof of sole custody by means of a court order or a notarized affidavit from the absent parent allowing the child to leave the U.S. In most cases the parent who is not present will be contacted before a passport or visa is issued. http://www.state.gov "Travel...Passports for U.S. Citizens."

Can you have more kids if your parental rights taken away?

If your parental rights have been terminated by a court, it is very unlikely that you would be able to have more children. Termination of parental rights is a legal process that permanently ends the legal relationship between a parent and a child, typically due to serious concerns for the child's safety or well-being. It is done to protect the child from further harm.
