no. it is perfectly legal for a 17 year old to date a 19 year old, but in your state it might be illegal to have sex with him, so check your state laws on the age of consent if you plan on it.

No, you cannot get in trouble. First off, isn't it at the age of 18 or older that you would get in trouble? Also, the only way you can get in trouble is if your boyfriends parents get the cops involved.

no the legal age to have sex is 16 in England and Wales, Northern Ireland the age is 17. Jersey the legal age is 18. sodepending on where you come from it should be fine. -x-
