Hi, It is possible to spot old blood during pregnancy but this usually occurs during the first 3 months. Because you're outside of this time scale, I would think the discharge is due to a UTI or a vaginal infection. See your doctor asap hun. If you spot red blood then go straight to A&E. Take care.
