Im 6 weeks pregnant and get really dizzy and lightheaded does anybody know what this means?

i felt exactly the same but it is nothing to worry about its just the hormone level are veryhigh and that makes you feel dizzy try not getting up to quickly give yourself a while im 12 weeks now and it has stopped for some time now good luck with your bean and hope you feel better soon
