All you need to do is sit him down and tell him. It's more likely that you're bisexual if you like guys and girls. It's nothing to be ashamed of and he'll most likely understand. He probably thought he was straight at one point when he was younger. I mean COME ON! What's the worst that can happen?

I assume you are male. How do you know he is straight ? If he is flirting with you and says you make him horny, you can always ask him what he wants to do about it. Perhaps neither of you are as straight as you think.
