He is one of the main characters in the Chronicles of Narnia series, but that doesn't answer my question. So I looked it up on another website and he is a brave prince fighting for his throne. Miraz (another main character) is an evil man, that would do anything to be the king of Narnia. Prince Caspian father was killed by Miraz, when Miraz attempted to be king, but wasn't informed that there was a prince. Prince Caspian is being threatened by Miraz to give up the

throne or he will kill him, so they go to war. (read it, watch the movie)

this is good but read this if you want more info. this is chapter four: the dwarf tells of Prince Caspian.

Prince Caspian lived in a great castle in the center of Narnia with his uncle, Miraz, the King of Narnia, and his aunt, who had red hair and was called Queen Prunapismia. His father and mother were dead and the person whom Caspian loved most was his nurse, and though -- being a prince-- he had wonderful toys which would do almost anything but talk, but he liked best the last hour of the day when the toys had all been put back in their cupboards and Nurse would tell him stories.

He did not care much for his uncle and aunt, but about twice a week his uncle would send for him and they would walk up and down together at the south side of the castle. One day, while they were doing this, the King said to him,

"Well boy, we must soon teach you to ride and use a sword. You know that your aunt and I have (turn page :) ) no children, so it looks as though you might have to be King when I'm gone. How shall you like that, eh?"

That. Changed. Everything.

In the book, he is about 16 years old. In the movie, he is about 18-21. He is, as described in the book, about the same age as Peter. Thus, in the movie version, since actor William Moseley is 21, the actor for Prince Caspian was chosen to be older as well in order to match the ages.

It depends on which book in the narnia series you read. In Prince Caspian, he was 13, but in VOTDT, he was 16 & in TSC, he was like 61 or something.

It is spread out throughout the books, but it was somewhere around the time of World War 2. We do not know what the time line was in Narnia since their time passes differently from ours. According to http://members.lycos.co.uk/Jonathan_Gregory76/history.htm, Narnian time throughout the novels goes from the year 0 to 2555, while "Earth" time is between 1888 and 1949.

Prince Caspian falls in the story The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. This occurs both in the book version and in the films. This is a central part to the plot and changes the direction of the characters.

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was set during World War II (real time, not Narnia time), but The Magician's Nephew was set early in the twentieth century, before World War I.

The movie "Prince Caspian" has many differences to the book and this is one of them. In the book prince Caspian is much younger and Susan has no attraction to him at all.
