this questions answer depends on what state or country you live in. but where i live if your schedule says you work to a specific time, you do not have to work longer than that. if they ask you to, its your call if you do. if they say you have to, you can tell them to stick it where it counts, and if they fire you, you can most likely sue them for more money than even i would know what to do with. its called unfair labor law... look it up Or From another Perspective: If you were a good Employee, he or she shouldn't have to. Have you heard how many have lost their Employment? this is the time to go the extra mile to protect your Job, not argue about it. Don't ya Think?
