Yes, there actually is a way for Blissey to know counter. First, you must have a Male Breloom (I know for a fact that Blissey is only female) that knows counter. You must then breed the Blissey with the Breloom. The Chansey (or Happiny) will know counter as an egg move (this usually works, otherwise tell me so)
Well, this depends on if you have emerald and firered or not. Also, if you can trade with diamond and pearl. If Pokemon platinum is your only game, this is my recommended team. Metagross Salamence Heatran Zapdos Tyranitar Blissey However... You will need to get the national dex to get most of these Pokemon, and I recommended migrating Blissey from emerald so it can learn seismic toss. If not, Ice Beam/Flamethrower/Thunder Bolt and any other special attack moves will do just fine. Also, try to give Blissey max evs for defense and hp to make it powerful. Hope this helps! Hey! I'm not a pro in pokemon but this is what I known, blissey is not an attacker, she's more a tank, therefor get rid of those attack moves and give her annoying tank moves, my blissey has: -) Heal bell (so u can get all the bad effects of your team) -) Seismic toss (Damage attack equal to level, no influence of super effective etc, good for blissey's low attack stats) -) Soft-boiled (awesome heal in combo with her sick high hp) -) Thunder wave (slow down the opponents) Let her hold leftovers for more healing power :) Greetings Jyqylyx
You can't only on pokemon green leaf and red rose
i dont think u can but ,machop(or machoke) gets it
TM19 can be Seismic Toss, Giga Drain, Telekinesis, or Roost depending on what generation you are playing in.
It really depends what u wanna do... With only counter and seismic toss ghost types can set up all over you...so perhaps I've beam if you don't have a ghost counter....sing is what run in my blissey to predict the switch ins of fighting types sleeping pokes can then be taken out wth psychics or ice beams/ seismic toss while they are asleep

it is a pokemon move that some pokemon can learn
hard question. this is my moveset for her: at least icebeam. an healing move. something to cover her defence. seismic toss. the last 3 succeed in everyway, and to cover her very low attack, you need to use a special attack: like icebeam.
No.
well not all them moves like brick break is a physcial and focus blast is special moves so a few are scecial and physical 1 are close combat, mach punch, brick break, low kick, rock smash, counter, focus punch, vital throw, revenge, superpower, sumbmission and seismic toss and so on
seismic toss is a move in pokemon.
You have to trade it with seismic toss through pal park using FR/LG First you need to catch it in thee FRLG Safari Zone and go to the move tutor past the cut tree blocking the alternate entrance to the pewter museum. the move tutor is on two island and he asks for mushrooms.
Seismic Toss's power is based solely on the pokemon's level. So if your pokemon is level 100 Seismic Toss's power is 100. This power is constant and cannot be changed in any other way except level. This power is also set where it outputs 100 HP damage not damage based on your pokemon's stats.
It really depends on what your style is. Traditionally, you will want to have a wall/tank, a sweeper, and a setup. The obvious choices here are Blissey, Starmie, and Ninjask. that's what I use. First I send out Ninjask to get the speed boosts while he uses protect and swords dance. Then a set up a baton pass to Blissey, who attacks with seismic toss and stalls with thunderwave and softboiled. If things are going rough, I send out Starmie, my special sweeper. Since he has a base stat of 100 in SP atk, and it's EVed in SP ATK and HP, it should be able to take some hits and get a whole lot of attack. Hope this helped!
