Well, if you have the Shaymin event Prof. Oak will be there and he will ask you to do something, after that Shaymin will appear and a path that leads to "Flower Paradise" will open up, there you can catch Shaymin.That's pretty much it.

∙ 12y agoI'm not sure but I know one thing, If you have the Oak's letter from the D.s. action replay or Nintendo event, you can get shaymin. That might be what it's for. But if you want shaymin, SAVE FIRST!

∙ 14y agoOnce you receive Oak's Letter from an event you head there. The route will be extended and once you travel to the end of it there will be the Pokemon Shaymin. It will be at level 30.
