It depends, but probably not. If you are in your yard and are working on hacking your branches or bushes with the machete, you might get away with it. Most states have some sort of limit to the length of a blade that can be carried, concealed or unconcealed. The charges they will hit you with can be: causing a disturbance, disorderly conduct, knife larger than legal size allowed, among others.
