From P1 to S6 P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 Many schools use a different system which I'm not so sure about involving Upper and Lower Sixth and weird things like that. I'm at the end of S5, soon to be out!! 9/5/08

∙ 10y agoThe Scottish school year starts in the third week of August and finishes in the third week of June.
There is a long weekend in September, a week holiday in October, a two-week holiday for Christmas and New Year, various bank holiday's and two weeks for Easter (if Easter doesn't fall within those two weeks an additional long weekend is given.)
