Can male Sims be pregnant with regular babies on Sims Life Stories?

Unfortunately, no. The only way they previously got pregnant was by alien abduction. No aliens means no male pregnancy.

Gay sims can get pregnant but it is a glitch of the story progression mode.

Actually, if you have the Twallan Mastercontroller and cheat mods, you can make men and teens become pregnant, you "pollinate" them...however, their body will disappear during the pregnancy b/c the maternity clothes were never drawn for a man or a teen.

No. Unless you activate the boolprop cheat, I will list it below.After you activate it, shift click on your male sim, click on spawn, look for Tombstone of L and D. (Life and Death). Then click on the tombstone of L and D and look for Simulate Genetic Merger. Next, look for the other male sim that you want to mate with. Then you will hear the lullaby and BOOM! You haves a baby. Note: The cutscene will act as if your sim is having an alein baby, but it will look like a regular sim....baby The cheat: boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true
