Yes. Sid Phillips is the only one that know that toys come to life. You can see that on Toy

Story 1 Chapter 26:Play Nice after Woody says "That's right,your toys!" then Sid's toys come to life in front of him. He was 10 years old when that happened in 1995.Then Woody yells to Sid "SO PLAY NICE!" So that's why the answer is yes.

New Answer( by a different person that did the above bit) woody gets pulled into the dump truck, so the other's try to save him and end up in a garbege crusher machine the all grab a metal thing and get puule to the top, but buzz and woody save lotso bear they get through, and has to run back before falling into a pit of fire! woody helps lotso' get to the "emergancy" stop button, but instead of pressing it, lotso' runs away! the toys fall back, and all join hands so they don't fall into the lava. the aliens get the big claw, pick them up and save them. the toys get back to Andy's, and get donated to bonnie, a freindly child with new freinds, Dolly, Trixie,Buttercup,Mr. PicklePant's and Chuckle's. The End!
