take that head light out and look at the connection to see if the prongs are corroded and not making a good contact. or check for a bad ground or no juice at the plug

There are two versions of the Trailblazer. A 5 passenger and a 7 passenger. The 7 passenger is longer and the 2nd set of doors are straight - not curved with the back tire.
