It dosen' really matter but it is probably a better idea to put on 98 and XP because XP is too similer to 2000.
Actually, if you put 98 on any PC you're asking for trouble. 2000 is much more stable than 98 could ever hope to be and 2000 coexists very well with XP on the smat HD
