Yes, in the fourth book of the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn, Bella and Edward have a little "surprise". Both of them never expected to have a child, but apparently, Edward was capable of it after all. She got pregnant on their honeymoon on Esme Island. The child grows at a staggering rate in Bella's body and drains her of life as it grows. The baby reaches full growth after about 1 month and Bella comes to a close call with death. Her heart stops beating after the baby is delivered. Jacob and Edward frantically give her CPR at no avail. Edward realizes that it is time to "change" her. He sticks a large needle full of his venom straight in to her heart and then begins to bite her in areas all over her body to help the healing process begin on her badly battered, post-partum body. It takes her two days to fully change into the vampire that she has wanted to become for so long.

The baby is a girl, and they name her Renesmee (ruh-nez-may) after Renee and Esme. Her middle name is Carlie ( Carlisle and Charlie).She is half human-half vampire. The child also has a gift. But, after a while, Edward was afraid that he bruised her and refused to do more but she insisted she's fine. After she spotted a unused bag of tampons she somehow notices she's pregnant. Edward rushes her back to Forks and went to see Edward's adoptive father to check. After he confirmed, Edward knew that all of the human giving birth to a vampire baby was unsusessfully lived. He told Jacob Black to go to Bella and convince her that it's a unsafe process and that they should remove the baby. But by that time, Bella already had a bond with the new baby that she thought it was a boy. The baby was growing so fast that it broke her ribs. Edward didn't like the baby and actually hated her until the last few days when her brain was devoloped fully to be understood. He herd her that she didn't mean to hurt Bella and loved her parents and Jacob very much. He finally forgive the baby. On the last few days she was so big she broke Bella's spine. They called an emergency c-section(surgery delivery) but Charlisle was hunting with Esme. Rosalie, Alice, Edward, and Jasper did what they could to deliver the baby. Edward sucessfully delivered the baby but Bella lost too much blood. Edward bit her and injected venom into her heart and few other places to heal her. Jacob was doing CPR but it didn't work so he thought Bella was dead and went to kill the monster, who was Renesmee(their daughter). But after three days, Bella woke up as a new born vampire(still 18 though). Renesmee wasn't killed. Renesmee can eat human and drink blood, although she perfer blood more.Renesmee is a half vampire half human because Bella was a human when she was pregnant.
