In what state is it possible for a 14-year-old girl to marry a 20-year-old man without parental consent or a pregnancy?

There is no state that allows marriage under the age of 18 without parental consent. And there are very few states that would allow a 14-year-old to marry even with parental consent.

In Alabama you can get married at 14 with parents consent and in California if you are under 18 you can get married at any age as long as you have parents consent.

There are no states that would allow a 14-year old to marry even with parental consent or a being pregnancy involved. In such situations permission from the court is necessary, but hardly ever granted. Furthermore, the said female is under the age of consensual sex and the male is in most states considered a legal adult. In all states the male can be charged with various criminal acts pertaining to a minor, the most serious is statutory rape, a class "A" felony and punishable by imprisonment in every state. All states reserve the right to charge, arrest and prosecute an adult in such a situation, w/o the co-operation of the minor or the minor's parents or guardian. It would be in the best interest of the adult male to seek legal counsel as soon as possible.
