I don't remember the episode number (190 I think) But it was the very begging of the Sasuke Retrival arc. The night Sasuke leaves, Naruto and Sakura go get ramen. I wouldn't really call it a date, but that is as close as they will ever come. On her way back she runs into Sasuke.

i don't think that happened yet, but after returning from a mission lady tsunade told them to wait at their homes until she informs them on their next mission and as they walked out naruto said hey soo sakura wanna go on a date and she yelled at him for asking :)
