Two sports would be canoeing and long jump.
Several basic requirements are an international controlling body, acceptance as a bona fide sport and public interest in it.
Each sport has a different governing body and each governing body decides who can compete in that sport.
If Karate is able to obtain 2/3 votes of the Olympic committee then it can. Recently, the Committee announced that Wrestling is not a part of the Olympics, so karate has got a chance. But still, as there is already taekwondo in the Olympics, they can argue as to why to keep another martial art (karate). Part of the issue with karate is that it is not designed as a sport. There is no single governing body to set rules for competition. Judo was designed as a sport and Taekwondo has been codified to make it a sport, which allows them to be eligible for the Olympics.
Perhaps. It may be included as the 'extra' sport, but it has tough competition. Wrestling, baseball/softball, karate, roller sports, sport climbing, squash, wakeboarding and wushu are all competing for that last slot. Karate has never been in the Olympics, the biggest reason being a lack of an overall governing body with a single set of rules.
Field hockey was removed from the 1924 Games because there was no single international governing body for the sport. It was replaced to the Olpympics in 1928 when the FIH had been founded.
no, but I think baseball is, and kickball comes from baseball.

The first Portuguese athlete to compete in the Olympics was Francisco Lázaro, who took part in the Marathon at the 1912 Olympics in Stockholm. Olympic sportsIn order to be considered as an Olympic sport, a sport must first be practiced by men in at least 75 countries and four continents, and by women in at least 40 countries and three continents. However in order to become a full olympic sport, the sport in question must have a governing International Federation in order for the IOC to officially recognize them as a sport. The governing body has to then file an application to become a demonstration sport. After that, the sport may file another application to officially become a fully recognised Olympic sport.More opinions from FAQ Farmers:2575% of countries must play the sport for it to be accepted into the Olympic games

I believe it's sometimes exhausting playing a sport when you just started doing it. Maybe give yourself some time, maybe a month will do. Do warm ups before proceeding to the main sport so your body is conditioned and will not be shocked with extreme movements your sport has. If stress and body ache continues, I think you better start thinking of another sport that would lead you to a better mindset.
