You have to remove the motor mount. Once the motor mount is removed you can remove the old water pump and install the new one. Make sure the area is clean before you install the new one.

Loosen the transmission mount retaining bolts. Loosen the back to engine retaining bolts. Jack the transmission of approximately 1 inch. Remove the transmission mount bolts. Remove the transmission mount. Reverse the process to install the new transmission mount.
Begin by loosening your 1991 Chevy Camaro transmission mount bolt. Jack the transmission up a few inches. Remove the transmission mount bolt and the transmission mount bushing. Put the new transmission mount bushing in and reverse the process.
sounds like a motor mount is broken or a transmition mount. have those checked.

You have to remove one bolt at bottom of front mount. Will look like a round sleeve. Easiest to get to through wheel well.
check the transmission mount for being bad.
raise the car undo the nut on the bottom of the mount rais the tailshaft of tranny undo the 2 bolts that hold the mount to tranny remove mount. installation is opposite of removal
You have to remove the bottom bolt and spacer for the motor mount. Easiest way is to take the right front tire off, remove the inner fender well access flap. The bolt has a nut on the out side that has to be removed. Then the stud that goes through the mount into the engine has to be removed. Slip the belt over the pulleys and reverse the procedure. Thirty minute job.
