What year? Very easy on 97-98, VERY difficult on 93-96 models. On the gen. 1 you have to remove the windshield wiper cowling, throttle body air tube, throttle body, throttle control cables and then you have a little room to work in. It's in the back of the engine to the left of the throttle body. Try to remove the two fasteners, (nuts, bolts) and remove and replace with a new one, of course disconnect the wires going to it. On the gen 2, on the top of the engine towards the drivers' side two bolts or nuts holding it on, two minute job. Of course disconnect the wires attached to it.
