you have a short to ground . have it check soon ! could be a door switch .
Maybe a possible factory alarm problem !!
probably the heat on the drive ways or some cord in the car is just messed up.
I am assuming what you mean is your interior lights and head lights are kinda blinking while your car is running. If this is the case go down to your local auto parts store and get your alternator tested. It is very possible that it is not pushing enough amps. If this is not the case you may have a short somewhere.
I do not have an answer for this but I can verify that I also have this problem and mine is a 1997 Jag XY6 also

Why does my heater control lights flash on an off on my 1990 Z71
The BCM (Body Control Module) of the Passlock system is malfunctioning. It will need to be replaced. I just had it done to my '03 Impala.
check the increase/decrease interior light button, if it is close to being in the complete on position this can happen. Keep in middle setting
the headlights- for the driver to see in fount of the car. indicators- so other cars can see where the car is going brake lights- so the other cars can see when a car ahead of them is slowing down interior lights- for passengers in the car to see what is inside the car and when u press that button with all the triangles on they all flash (except the interior lights) to signal the car is broken or somthing. :D
Because it is hot and the heat is making the metal spark.
cuz they are!
Sounds like a faulty hazzard switch. Whrn faulty they can effect all other lights on the vehicle. The clicking you hear would be a flasher relay. Consult an auto-electician at once.
