Answer
If you haven't smoked in the last half hour or had coffee in that same last half hour, your pulse shouldn't be that high. There are a lot of things that can cause the pulse to go up, but if you find that your pulse rate is higher than you'd like, please take the time to consult a doctor. Better safe than sorry.

It sounds to me like you are a little out of shape and maybe over weight.
If that truly is your accurate resting heart rate.
Try to check your pulse when you first wake up in the morning that is the best time to record your resting heart rate.
Yes, the average heart rate, or pulse, for an adult is between 60 beats and 100 beats per minute. For your information, infants tend to have the highest rate, followed by children and adolescents. After that, the average rate remains constant regardless of age. Exceptionally trained athletes tend to have a lower resting rate and individuals on certain medications tend to have either a higher or lower pulse depending on the medication. You have a fine pulse :)
A normal heart rate can be between 60-100 beats per minute. So its not great but its not bad either. When you wake in the morning try to take a reading then for your best accurate resting heart rate. Also understand that your heart rate goes up not only for excercising, but also eating a big meal, and even just later in the afternoon when your body is more tired. And worrying about your heart rate won't make it slow down any faster.
I hope so because I'm 25 and female and got that same result at my resting rate.
Might be slightly high but well within normal parameters
No, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. When the heartrate is above 100, it is what's know as tachycardia.
Yes it is fine
A giraffe's heart rate is around 65 beats per minute.
sixty beats per minute
60-100 beats/minute
80-120 beats a minute.
A normal heart beat should be somewhere between 60-100 beats per minute.
Yes,it is normal.
A giraffe's heart rate is around 65 beats per minute.
No, a normal heart rate for anyone is 60-100 bpm (beats per minute)
A normal active heart rate is 60-100 beats per minute for adults. For children it is 70-100 beats per minute.
If they were in extremely good cardiovascular shape
The normal heart rate for a 16 year old female would be between 60-100 BBM. 54 BPM in a resting state is not unusual. A healthy athletic female may have a lower blood pressure and heart rate than a non athletic female. This is due to the heart being trained, so to speak, in being more efficient.
sixty beats per minute
Normally a human heart beats 72 times in a minute. 60 to 80 beats are normal beats/minute in the human body.
A heart rate of 60 beats per minute is considered within the normal range for healthy adults. It depends on what your normal heart rate is and where you are in your treatment (that is, how hyperthyroid are you? What are your FT3 levels?) 60 beats per minute sounds like a good thing to me.
The normal heart rate for an eight year old is about 80-120 beats per minute.
No. The normal rate is 70-75 beats per minute. See a doctor; s/he will determine what is wrong and correct the situation.
60-100 beats/minute
