No. As a young teen this is the worse time. Smoking is not healthy at any age, but the early teen years set the course for health for many years to come. The body is still developing smoking affects the heart, lungs, brain, and other systems. Other lifestyle factors with smoking will shorten a lifespan. Not to mention the fact you smell because of the smoking. People who don't smoke can smell it on you, on your clothing, breath, and even the school papers you turn in. Some girls/ women won't date a smoker. No matter how you look at it the disadvantages of smoking are high. Not worth it.

Extremely addicted. Smoking can be a difficult habit to break. The younger you start, the harder it will be to stop. Not to mention the damage done to: lungs, throat, stomach (yes stomach), tongue. There's nothing attractive about cancer of the tongue.

Yes, you'll continue to grow, but some organs will be permanently affected: lungs and kidneys for sure and likely others. And smoking is bad for your eyes. Smoking decreases oxygen and replaces it with carbon monoxide and a LOT of chemicals. Everyone knows about lung cancer and cancer of the mouth and throat, and stomach and bladder. And the younger you start to smoke, the more damage it does.
