No not at all im nine and weigh 7 stone and I feel as fit as a fiddle so don't worry bout' it.
P.S: if you're worried or depressed, do daily workouts like I'm gonna start tomorrow, trust me, it's not hard losing a few stone with loads of workouts: I'll probably be 5 stone in like 2 months or so, it sounds long but it aint, just think of it as 8 weeks.
PPS: You're fine and absolutely healthy I promise you.

No! It isn't, and if your worried that it is then keep it out of mind! I am 6 stone and am respected and if your not then you should consider talking to someone to make you feel better! That's what I did!
