Well kinda you see Bruce adopted Dick Grayson (AKA Robin) after his Parents (Trapeze Performers at a circus) were murdered Dick later on finds out that Bruce is batman and joins him as robin His circus alias (Dick also preformed in the circus).

In the episode "apprentice part 1" slade says to robin: "who knows, I might even become like a father to you". Robin then say to slade: "I already have a father" and the episode cuts to a 2 second part showing a lot of bats flying around. That means that batman is robins father.

Richard Greyson (the first Robin, later to become Nightwing) is adopted after his parents' deaths, technically making Bruce his "Dad".
