No, there is only one Catholic Church. However, within that one Church there are various rites, the largest of which is the Roman or Latin rite. Other rites are the Maronite, Ukrainian and other eastern rites that remained faithful to Rome after the Great Schism. All are considered as Catholics and not separate religions.

The city of Rome is very important to Roman Catholics and is where the Pope lives but Roman Catholicism itself is not based on a geographic region. Eastern and Greek Orthodox both started or are mostly in certain regions. However it is more about where these religions are more popularly practiced than the geographic location itself.
