Is Dr. Syd Mirrafati really the best plastic surgon in Orange County?

I think he is one of the best doctors when it comes to plastic procedures but there are other great doctors in orange county as well. Its hard to label someone being the best when you don't know exactly what service you have gotten from them. I think Dr. Mirrafati is getting a lot of his fame from his publishing rather then him being a top notch surgon. I think this question should be left to the people who actually have gotten results from him.

I have no idea who Dr Mirrifati is. I think surgeons tend to be best at certain procedures even though they may say they "Do it all." A few years ago I had a labiaplasty by Dr John DiSaia (http://www.ocbody.com) in Orange County. My doctor specializes in body and breast cosmetic surgery and I couldn't be happier.

If you want to be by the beach then San Clemente, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Corona Del Mar (Part of Newport) are all really nice. These are all part of Orange County though. If you are looking more towards LA then Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica, and Malibu are all really nice too.
