marvel becaus he is from the amazing spider man
Technically, Spider Man is a comic book super hero, belonging to the Marvel comics. But since the Disney company bought out Marvel last year, that would mean that Disney now owns Spider Man. But that does not necessarily make him a "Disney character," since he was created long before Disney "owned" him.
There was a one-shot Marvel-Dc crossover with Superman Versus Spider-Man they seemed to be dueling on a skyscraper under construction or a hammer-head crane. I recall this as I like Cranes. This was around l974. it was a special edition. normally Marvel and Dc- two rival comic houses- do not cooperate.
Captain Marvel is better then Super man because superman is weak to magic and captain marvel's powers are magic. So captain marvel can school Superman any day!
Batman has the largest for DC & Spider-Man has the largest for Marvel.
Spider-Man is a Marvel character. There is no equivalent in the DC Universe. DC and Marvel have teamed up before to have Spider-Man face off against Superman in one comic and team up with Batman in another, though.
Spider-Man is a character from Marvel Comics, created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. He first appeared in "Amazing Fantasy" #15 in 1962. Marvel Comics is home to many popular superheroes, including Spider-Man, Iron Man, and the X-Men.
As in blood related, not at all. As in the comic company, sort of. Spider-man is part of the thousands of Marvel characters, while Batman is part of DC comics. They never come together except for Marvel and DC crossovers.

Even though I am a strong supporter of the Marvel comic brand over DC, I would have to say Superman is a much more accomplished superhero than Spider-Man. Spider-Man does not rank anywhere near as high on Marvel's strength, speed, and power charts as Superman does for DC.
Batman punched Spider-Man in the face in many mixed DC & Marvel comics. They were both fighting for good but in many comic issues, there would be many disputes between Batman & Spider-Man and to prove their strength, they would battle. If you google, DC vs Marvel or Batman vs Spider-Man, you will find many pictures of the battles between them.
