To whom it may concern. I don't understand why the gov. would enact such as this because these people are grown and they know the risk of using these products. If the state is worried about paying for their health care they need to only let the ones that can work, get out and work, building prisons or something to waylay the cost. They get free labor and the inmates get their smoke. Also if they can't work then help them with a cessation plan for smoking or charge them a little more.I do not advocate that people smoke but while they are locked up then let them smoke if they want to. I think it would help as for as riots and contraband being brought in and people getting in trouble for it. It is not worth going to jail for and this would stop a lot of trouble. This is only my opinion, but wanted to express how I feel.
