I emailed Jim Beam twice but unfortunately no response. Knob Creek appears to be made by the same company, and their website states that gluten is removed by the distillation process which is consistent with all other literature that I found on Bourbon. I reading how Jim Beam is made on their website, there does not appear to be anything added after distillation so it appears Jim Beam is gluten free. However, I was hoping Jim Beam would confirm this by responding to my emails.
Ginger beer (soft drink) is usually GF.
But Jim Beam is not, its distilled from barley which contains gluten.
After distillation companies can add malt to add extra flavour to the spirit.

Hi, Jennifer from Jameson Irish Whiskey here. There is no caffeine whatsoever in Jameson. It is a triple distilled, Irish whiskey distilled & matured at the Jameson distillery in Midleton,Cork. The alcohol by volume is 40% or 80 proof. A blended whiskey, Jameson is made from malted & unmalted barley. The taste is clean & smooth. jamesonwhiskey.com has lots more product information if you are looking for it.
