Naruto gets involved in a battle during that battle Hinata shows up and protects Naruto [he got hurt and was near death]. Hinata announces that she was there because she [was in] loves him. Hinata was the first person to actually say the words "I love you." to Naruto. Hinata falls in the battle [meaning she was hurt] and Naruto got so enraged that she was hurt that the 9-tailed fox took over him. The 9-tailed fox only sprout 8 tails. The seal that keeps the fox within Naruto is set so that if Naruto should ever show 8 tails the 4th Hokage comes and stops it all over again. The 4th finally admits to Naruto that he is his father. The 3rd Hokage knew, but the 4th told him to never tell. 4th tells Naruto that he seal the demon fox within him, his own son, because he was his son. 4th told him that he knew because he was his son that he would have been able to handle it and use to his power; chakra for the good of the village.
do you know what is wired about the 4th hokaga: they new that he was going to be the 4th h but before he was officialy crowned the 4th H the nine taild for came and he sealed it in his son then died so he is not officialy the 4th H THAT IS WHY IN VIDEO GAMES THEY SHOW HIS NAME AS THE YELLOW FLASH AND NOT THE 4TH HOKAGA .
