If we look into the History, we shall come to know that at the time of partition of Hindustan into India and Pakistan, Kashmir had 75% Moslem population in it. Its Ruler, Hari Singh did not want to affiliate Kashmir neither with Pakistan nor with India. However, using diplomacy, Indian army declared officially without any proof that its ruler had affiliated it with India. The ruler was also shocked. BECAUSE HIS SIGNATURES WERE FAKE.

∙ 8y agoThat's a very complex argument. Both sides have some legitimate points. I have pondered on this for years and think that the UN should persuade both sides AND the people of Kashmir and Jammu into a binding arbitration. -Of course, as usual when a real crisis occurs , the UN remains ineffective.
