As of the new episode on 1/19/09 she mentioned shes been living on salad and using the treadmill a lot. Kate Gosselin does the elliptical or treadmill for an hour or until she has burned 850 calories.

In addition to 2 hours of running nearly every day, Ms. Gosselin eats a high protein low fat diet. Her twitter feed has featured photos of her daily staples such as an egg white omelette and salad.
