It depends whether serving halal food or not. What is served is not halal if it is pork meat or meat that is not obtained through slaughter per Islam religion or if serving something containing alcohols. One should ask the specific McDonald's Store if the food they have is halal or not according to the above requirements.

It depends on where they are located. If in an Islamic country, then it is most likely halal because they will not use pork meat or pork fats and in the meantime meat is got from halal slaughtered animals. However, in western countries or non Muslim majority countries, most likely it is not the case; they use pork meat or pork mixed meat and even beef is got from not Islamic slaughtered animals.

Depends on where you get it from. E.g. If you get it from abroad in Muslim countries, it would be halal but most branches in the UK are not halal. There are a few new ones in London though.

Depends which country you're in, Muslim countries serve only halal McDonald's and surprisingly, I think Finland also has a lot of Halal Chicken in their McDonald's.
