Is North Korea a limited or unlimited government?

It's unlimited because they have a dictatorship government causing the leader to do whatever he wants. A good example of a dictator is Hitler. He was able to whatever he wanted.

It is commonly argued that North Korea is an UNLIMITED GOVERNMENT because the Kim Dynasty is answerable to no-one. However, the internal politics of the North Korean regime are unclear and it may be the case that members of the complex military-political oligarchy hold each other to a certain degree of accountability.
