This is a myth that was spread by people who don't like President Obama. There is NO evidence that he is going to take anyone's guns away. Many of his supporters wish he would make a stronger stand about gun control, but at this point, with the National Rifle Association having so much influence over both parties, it is doubtful any politician or president will make policies about guns.

∙ 11y agoNo. No president has the authority to do such a thing, and Obama has no plans to try. The Supreme Court has upheld an individual's right to own guns under the Second Amendment.
