I believe that Draco is not a bad person, he is just trying to live up to his father's standards. Draco did not kill Dumbledore, instead Professor Snape did. I believe that Dumbledore made Snape do the killing to keep Draco from becoming a murderer. Dumbledore saw that Draco was a good kid and he cared for Draco in ways that we might not want to. So my answer to the question is yes, Draco Malfoy is a good guy.

Yes. Harry Potter finds out about Sirius during his summer holidays before he returns to Hogwarts for his third year.
Sirius had covinced Lily and James to use Peter Pettigrew as their secret keeper as Voldermort wouldnt expect pettigrew as much as himself to be trusted with the potter's lives. Sirius went to check on Pettigrew on the night that the potters died and found pettigrew's hideout empty. Sirius raced over to the Potter's house and found Hagrid already there, Harry, Sirius' god son in his arms. James and Lily were dead.
Sirius found Pettigrew in a street full of muggles and Pettigrew acted as if he was being cornered. He shot a curse out of hs wand behind his back, cut of his finger and turned into his other form. He joined the other rats in the sewers through the hole his curse had made. Sirius was charged with the murder of 12 mggles and a wizard with a single curse. He spent 13 years in Azkaban, only staying sane because he knew he wasnt responsible for what happened. Then he broke out. People thought he was working for oldermort and handed the potters over but pettigrew did.
Sirius was killed by bellatrix lestrange and his name was finaly cleared.

∙ 13y agoNo. He was framed by Peter Pettigrew (aka Scabbers/Wormtail). He had been the original choice to be the Potter's Secret Keeper, but convinced James in the last moment to have Peter take his place. The idea behind it was that, as James' best friend, Voldemort would go after him instead of Peter, and the Secret Keeper would be safe.
Once he heard of the Potter's death, Sirius went after Peter, as he was the only one who knew the truth. He cornered him in a muggle street. To escape Peter cut off his own finger, blew up the street (killing 12 muggles in the process), and transformed himself into his animagus form (a rat). Soon after that Ministry of Magic workers aprehended Sirius, as they believed he had been the Secret Keeper.

∙ 12y agoNo. Sirius was the only Black to become a Gryffindor, he disliked his families love for the dark arts and their hatred for muggles. He didn't actually betray the Potter's and was framed for killing the muggles.
