There is no town called Sioux Falls, Iowa. There is a Sioux City, Iowa and a Sioux Falls, South Dakota. As to which one is a better place to live in, it depends on the criteria used to decide which one is a better place to live in. Sioux Falls, South Dakota has a much larger population and, thus, a wider choice of jobs, places to live, things to do, and places to shop.
