I did their TESOL diploma course in Harbin some time ago and my diploma is stamped by both the company and the local education department. The schools I've worked for since have all been happy with my training, the diploma and the certification stamp. When I did the course they had more information about this on the FAQ page of their site.
No a friend of mine tried and it HAS to be accredited,but even one that's accredited is looked at as a Tier 2 diploma (meaning GED).
