Rumor has it that Zac Efron was to replace Johnny Depp as Captain Jack in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, but then when Johnny heard of it he stated he was going to come back as Captain Jack in the 4th movie. It took producers to give him a certain amount of money before he actually got in. But, producers still wanted Zac in the movie. So, for $10 million dollars Zac will probably play the heir to Captain Jack Sparrow.
