well 4500 Canadian i wouldn't know about so 4500 US i do it all depends on the condition of the car the exterior and interior mechanical if everything is fine 4500 US may still be a bit much u should always have a ASE certified mechanic check it out first from transmission to motor mounts cause if the transmission goes after u paid that then u'll kick urself camaro is only as good as the person who drove it before you so try to get it a little lower take a look at kelly blue book for a more reasonable price
